Part 5 · Higher Performance

The Superconscious Mind

▷ Watch this session (07:02:00)

You have access to a mind greater than your own — Hill's "infinite intelligence," Jung's collective unconscious/superconscious. Emerson: "We lie in the lap of an immense intelligence." Mozart heard entire symphonies complete in an instant.

Law of Superconscious Activity

"Any thought, plan, goal or idea that you can hold continuously in your conscious mind — intensely desired or intensely feared — must be brought into reality by your superconscious mind."

Hence the rich get richer (they dwell on wealth) and the poor poorer (they dwell on lack).

Key characteristics (selected from ~13)

How to use it

Process: define the problem in writing → gather information → try consciously to solve it → turn it over and get busy elsewhere (walk, exercise, dinner). The answer arrives at exactly the right time.

Master activation method — Solitude: sit in complete silence for 30–60 minutes (no coffee, music, or input); at about 25–30 minutes the mind goes clear and the answer comes — "this method works 100% of the time." Listen for "the still small voice within."

Recognizing a superconscious solution: it's 100% complete, simple, "a blinding flash of the obvious," and arrives with a burst of joy and the energy to implement it.

Exercise — the "last 10 minutes of the movie": imagine you've already seen the happy ending, then watch the day's drama knowing it all works out.
